Your tasks
- Prepare and translate correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations, etc. from German/English into Japanese and vice versa
- Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings, seminars, presentations, telephone and video conferences, and, if necessary, on business trips
- Act as the interface between NUKEM and the Japanese parent company, Muroosystems Corp.
- Schedule and monitor appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree or commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent command of Japanese, English, and German (CEFR level C1/C2)
- Cooperative and self-reliant working style, high resilience, cost awareness, strong organizational skills, and team spirit
